I am starting to run some mobile - pin submits, sweeps, and app installs.
Which spy tool should I use? I am leaning towards WRW. I also here Mobile Ad Scout is a viable option.
I want to make sure that I have the best tool for the task. Any suggestions and pros and cons would be helpful.
Here are my personal opinions:
For detailed intelligence data (and lots of it!) and banners, for both mobile and desktop, go with WRW. WRW is a highly sophisticated piece of work and can provide you with a ton of useful information. However if you want to see landers it will take some digging because it won't show you anything unless you give it some input parameter to search for (advertiser or keyword for example).
For lander ideas, especially if you're using mobile pop traffic, go with Mobile Ad Scout.
Would be nice to see advice from other stackers as well!

Thanks Amy. I went ahead and opted for WhatRunsWhere(WRW). It' a 3 day free trial. Can anyone point me to a decent tutorial to get the most out of this spy tool?
If you had to start over again in mobile right now would you go pop or banner? If I stay banner, I'll just do pins and installs and continue with WRW. If not, I'll start popping and just sign up for mobile ad scout. I would appreciate any and all feedback.
BTW - I really enjoyed your Photoshop tutorial, Amy. It helped me get a lot more out of my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. Thank you!
Another option is just to learn manual spying, you will get real time data whats working at the current moment. There are some guides on that around on STM as well.
I'm using Mobile Ad Scout from the start, but I find it not very helpful these days, most affiliates including me learned how to block/filter it out, so IMO you not find the best stuff there.
Just my 2 cents ... if you are just starting out, both tools should give you some great AHA! moments.
Regarding pops vs. banners they are different worlds that need different approach, just stick to one of them and learn everything to the deepest details and try to understand why something work and why not.
