It is real to archive >10% mobile LP CTR on Pops? (without back-button)

I calculated all my stats and has concluded that ctr on my lp's will never take me to green. (yeah I know that CR is much more important, but I don't see how I can make it higher now)
So question is - it is real to make LP with 10% ctr or higher - without back-button script?
That will work on mobile pop traffic..
Just to be inspired to spend some time to figure out how to do it 
for sure it's possible. 20-30% is doable without back button.
it just needs to be an angle that appeals to a large portion of the traffic. And the traffic itself needs to be solid quality.

Here the example of quick calculations for US pops for mobile for offer with $2 payout and different CR's
Because it is just example so price is $9CPM (zeropark.com/volume/)
And average CR's on SOI offers range is 0.5-3% (for me)
CTR=10%
1000x0.1=100 (clicks)
CR-3% = 3 conversions = $6 profit
CR-2% = 2 conversions = $4 profit
CR-1% = 1 conversions = $2 profit
CR-0.5% = 0-1 conversions = $0-2 profit
CTR=20%
1000x0.2=200 (clicks)
CR-3% = 6 conversions = $12 profit
CR-2% = 4 conversions = $8 profit
CR-1% = 2 conversions = $4 profit
CR-0.5% = 1 conversions = $2 profit
CTR=30%
1000x0.3=300 (clicks)
CR-3% = 9 conversions = $18 profit
CR-2% = 6 conversions = $12 profit
CR-1% = 3 conversions = $6 profit
CR-0.5% = 1-2 conversions = $2-4 profit
So here is just few options of good CTR/CR combinations ))
Another way I see is to buy traffic more cheaply, but it is another calculation )
30% "might" be possible, but I personally didnt achieve that yet, certainly not without a back button. I shall say Im no pop traffic ninja, but I bought my share of that traffic already, mostly in adult mobile and from the numbers I have at my disposal, I would say 30% is impossible no matter what you do. At least in the markets I have tried. 30% is a very good CTR even for banner traffic, I just dont see how I could reach the same numbers with pops.
One note regarding your calculations, you cannot do it like this 
The more traffic or clicks you get trough your LP, the lower the CVR will be. Think about it like this : there is certain % of buyers in the pond you are fishing at, if you tweak the funnel to attract more clicks, you will get more of those buyers but also more of those who wont buy, but you made them interrested enough to click the link. There are several reasons for this, for example : to get more clicks you need to target more broad or get a bit misleading, which will result in lower conversions. Its not the only reason of course, Im just trying to explain it in a really simple way.

Regarding lower CR - yeah, I know that, this numbers is double less than my numbers at stat after 1m visitors, because I see that they always tend to be lower and lower
