Decisive vs Go2mobi

I do a lot of google, fb and adult brokers now starting slowly in the popunders and mobile display.

Currently playing with decisive and go2mobi, so I am a bit confused. Do they both have the same inventory ? I see its possible to target a specific exchange in go2mobi but for decisive it seems to be all mixed (only app and site placements).

Is the bulk of their traffic the same and the only difference is that go2mobi allows exchange selection while decisive doesn't ?
Does it make sense to fiddle with both at the same time (provided there is enough testing funds and analytical resources) ?

Decisive and Go2mobi have very similar traffic. Although it's not 100% identical, I would agree that the bulk of the traffic is the same on both platforms.

I would strongly recommend picking one or the other and focusing on that. Running on both with the same campaigns/targeting, you'll only be competing against yourself and driving up your cost. You'll also be exposing people to the same ads from each platform (if running similar campaigns) so you're limiting the effectiveness of frequency cap by doing so.

With DSPs, it's important to keep in mind that the traffic is really just a commodity. Everyone has access to the same traffic. Therefore, it'll be important for you to choose a platform that is easy to use, has excellent targeting & customer support, and has loose compliance (or at least loose enough that you aren't being limited or frustrated by the approval process). IMO those are pretty much the only differentiating factors that a DSP can really offer, at least at a basic level.

Go2mobi thx for your answer its much appreciated.

Basically if I understood correctly, you (go2mobi) offer campaings that can be made for specific exchanges while decisive.is only allows campaings that run on all exchanges (without the option to select the exchange).

Sicne the rules differ a bit between exchanges its and the decisive needs to comply with all of them at the same time, its possible to do a bit looser campaings on your platform, provided this is allowed by a specific exchange ?

I can't say for sure what the Decisive exchange set up is like, but I believe that you are correct. We don't currently offer multi-exchange functionality- in contrast, Decisive does, but might not have single exchange functionality.

Again, not totally sure about Decisive's approval workflow, but the our traffic partners compliance policies can vary wildly. We can definitely push compliance on certain exchanges but not on others. Decisive probably has some way to block for specific exchanges, but if they don't, your ads will have to be geared towards the lowest common denominator. Not something you want to do- some sources are extremely picky, and I wouldn't want them dictating what you can get away with.

Go2mobi definetly has an easier / more efficient way of organizing the optimization process.
Go2mobi has loosely complient issues & different exchanges for different types of traffic
Go2mobi is overall more organized & typically prompt customer service
But recently I have created campaigns on go2mobi & the traffic just stop coming. This was on their Smaato exchange. They said there was a problem with Smaato & it has been resolved, but still have'nt seen traffic for 4-5 days.

Decisive has alittle bit faster refresh rate on reports. But overall just seems to be falling apart. My stats never match with decisive's stats (noticeably). I don't think I can recommend Decisive

Thanks for the positive feedback! As far as the Smaato traffic issues, the problem has been solved and should not be happening moving forward. As far as your specific campaigns, are you still not receiving any traffic?

I'm still not receiving traffic, my autobid is on so I would think it's not a bidding problem campaign ID: 143201

I think I found something on the backend, I'll keep an eye on your campaign and see if it starts back up again

Obviously no luck. I'd try cloning your campaign and seeing if that helps. Sorry I couldn't solve this one for you
