Adcash Have Terrible Filtering Platforms??

I select iPhone platform only in my adcash campaign. Then I let run the campaign for about 2 days. This is what I got..

Total delivered 32,381 pops but I only get 4,874 pops for IOS (which what I wanted to buy), others are mostly Android traffic.

So I want to buy iOS traffic but got 85% traffic non iOS!

Anyone have the same experience with me?
I will request refund, don't know this is possible or not

Hi,

I guess you are using self-serve platform. You should create campaign with your setting. Let it run a bit and pause.
I usually re-run it after 1 day and everything will be fine.
When you want to change anything, block targets, add targets.... you can do it again.

On Adcash when you change some settings, you need to stop your campaign and restart your campaign after saving your settings. Or create a fresh campaign with your settings right from the beginning.

I create a correct campaign since started.. They really have terrible filtering, better I pause it after approval. I can't imagine running at bigger geo, will lost $xxx a day because of this issue.

If you cannot get the issue fixed on platform side, you can use filter/redirect rules on tracking side to send the unwanted traffic to a different offer/lander.

But 85% is way too much anyway. Never experienced this on Adcash. Seems that the filter does not apply. Would contact the support. But don't expect a quick answer. They are very slow.

This is indeed very strange, especially with adcash. if the support doesn't anwer you fast enough, hit me up on skype and i'll bring you in touch with our AM there. He answers all questions super quickly and can help you sort this out.

Hello,

We just checked stats in our system, there is no deviation as described here.
Where does the screen-shot come from? May be some problems with your tracking?

In any case, our customer support (contact@adcash.com) is the best contact point in this situation. The support team will be able to look into your account and provide detailed answers.

My tracker don't lie.. It's a huge filtering mistake.
The screenshot come from my Voluum.

Your CS replied, but I don't satisfied with the answer. Do you provide skype support?

Thanks

Adcash sucks!

They refuse to give me a refund

They don't take any responsibilities for their own error. I thought that I found a good and credible company but I was wrong.
