Where to find real time incoming email data platform?

Hi Guys, I hope all is well. I am working on email marketing about 1 year, through data brokers to get email data and I know the quality is not good.
Recently, I found one email source feeds about opt email data, look nice. However, they tell me that I need to find a platform to receive the feeds data. API like this:
