If you were to run traffic to a forex offer what is the best way to start? What type of advertising is best? What would you do or are doing and what is the average cost for that traffic?

Id start with a doublepimp popunder and a short vsl with an email optin, leading to the long sales letter + an autoresponder sequence to convert the rest of optins.
I think pops is the popular traffic type for Forex right now. Pops is also super cheap.

For forex you should try natives (Mgid & Mylikes).
