Popads Website ID token issue

I can't seem to get the [WEBSITEID] token to work for Popads. I'm using CPVLab

This is my URL:

http://offer.com/?a=12345&c=12345&s1=

and I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong

http://offer.com/?a=12345&c=12345&s1= ?websiteid=[WEBSITEID]&keyword=[KEYWORD]&country=[COUNTRY]&categoryid=[CATEGORYID]&bid=[BID] ???

http://offer.com/?a=12345&c=12345?subid=[WEBSITEID]&s2=cp11&s3= ???

These tokens are replaced by their respective values by the traffic source and as such should be in your tracking URL(the one you put into the traffic source when creating a new campaign), not your offer URL.

You can't use 2 times "?" in the url, "?" is supposed to separate the url and the data.
The right syntax could be :
http://offer.com/?a=12345&c=12345&s1=xxxx&websiteid=[WEBSITEID]&keyword=[KEYWORD]&country=[COUNTRY]&categoryid=[CATEGORYID]&bid=[BID]
or
http://offer.com/?a=12345&c=12345&s1=[WEBSITEID]

ex: http://url.com/page.php?data1=123&data2=123

etc ...
