How to block people from spy by only allow ISP of that country?

Hi

I know we can block isp with rules, but in my case ,there is 1000s ISP in german , How can I allow only these 1000isp to view lander?
and say i have 5 campaign active, I will have to repeat to list down all 1000s ISP again? its too time consuming

Are there any others programming code to block list of isp ?( I have tried ,but not consistent) or any quicker ways to use it at Voluum?

Open to everyone possible answer

your best bet is to allow "Germany" only.
