It's the traffic that you lose for whatever reasons (Landing page loading too slow, visitors didn't get through, click loss, etc)

Yes if you export both datasets and match on site ID you will see that many clicks on popads never reach Voluum.
Unfortunately it's normal.
If you want Voluum to show the real cost then you can do that by clicking the [Update cost] button in voluum and entering the real popads cost.

Voluum + Beyond Hosting VPS.

That's very normal for all pop traffic
Usually the discrepancy is around 10-20%.
Meaning, if you buy 1000 pops, you will only get 800-900 pops because of click loss, visitors click the close button instantly, etc..
To reduce it, you should use fast landers, fast server, fast redirection, etc.. do the best what you can do on your side. Hope this help

Consider hosting your landers on a CDN, it'll significantly improve your landing page's loading speed and consequently reduce your clickloss.

Yep I'd say manual cost updating is the easiest way. You should be grateful to have that :P
As everyone else said, there's always going to be clickloss.
Finch once mentioned a really interesting idea of cutting all tracking out of a successful campaign in order to remove redirects and lessen clickloss (but that obviously leaves you blind for tracking so you'd want to have a solid profitable campaign running first).
Another thing to look out for on Popads is the fact that even though you've set your bid at 0.001, this is a MAX bid, not your exact bid for each view.

I'll guess it's worth in the long run. If I drop the VPS and get CDN instead is it the same as I would have changed nothing or do you need both? Which one is better: VPS +
Voluum or CDN + Shared hosting +
Voluum? I guess I need both...

I think you'll need both, basically what you'd have to do is host your files on your website and create a pull zone to your landing page.
PolarBacon has an excellent tutorial and overview about CDNs: http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...DN-**UPDATED**
I suggest you go through the tutorial or hit me a PM if you get confused at anytime.
