Tracking Coreg Revenues in CPVLab

I'm having trouble figuring out what the best way is to track my coreg campaigns.

Currently I am just taking my reports from GT and putting them next to my reports from LI to get the most accurate daily performance of my campaigns by segment.

Unfortunately I'm not utilizing CPVLab for data rather just for managing the path itself.

I've read the threads about integrating coreg with CPVLab, but I am still a bit confused about how to accurately reflect information in CPVLab.

- Is it possible to accurately reflect fluctuating click prices? Should I just take the average CPV from my network and apply that to different segments of my traffic being tracked through CPVLab?

- How exactly does uploading reports work for adding in revenue. I understand the need to pass the subid to GT, but is it as easy as just uploading the report that GT spits out? Does it need additional formatting? If GT is firing a conversion pixel, CPVLab automatically has an assigned static revenue, when in reality it is variable. Will this interfere with the loading of a report?

The CPVLab guide is particularly lacking on this subject and I'm not sure if I should really rely on it if it's not capable of producing accurate results.

To clarify, I only have 3 targets so it's not an issue of trying to find converting KWs. More about measuring performance and getting nitty gritty with optimization.

Upload the subid csv that gametheory spits out, with the format

subid|revenue

Will place it in the right place. Just make your conversions worth 1cent and update the revenue

hey Daksneezia - how do you format the csv so the subids and revenue come out subid|revenue? the only place i see to upload subid/revenue reports is via a copy and paste box.

i'm using Silverpath and the CSV has many different columns, is there a way to quickly format it correctly?

If you have a high volume the RPU should even out. If that is the case I recommend putting your pixel on your iframe page with your rough average of your RPU. This should give a good quick look in stats of how things are performing.

with 2.13 you should be able to pass the revenue onto cpvlab using the postbank URL. Should be here soon...i hope....

clicktrack - that's a great idea but i'd like to be able to upload subids to get exact stats at some point. curious how others are doing it?

Use Pivot Tables.
Then drag the subid into row labels, revenue into values.

Copy them into a txt file.
Highlight the space, replace all with |

Paste into CPVLab's update subid section. Voila!
