Anyona have experience working with forensiq.com ?

Hi guys,

At our network we are thinking to start working with Forensiq which is a software used by affiliate (networks) to filter out fraudulent traffics. The way it works is their technology appoints a fraud score to each click that comes in on your offer, ranging from 0% (very safe) to 100% (absolute fraud) so that

1) you can identify fraud early on in the process and stop the fraudulent traffic sources asap
2) hold of payments of the affiliates that get a very high fraud score (and only pay them after the advertiser has approved results)
3) get a better and more comprehensive view on the overall quality of the traffic you are sending

Cost price is 1500$ a month (and increasing if you do more than 1M clicks a month - which is a fairly low treshold). Before investing all the development time it needs to get this set up + the monetary investment, I'd like to ask you to share your work experiences with Forensiq. Would be highly appreciated to get some insights!

Thanks a lot and cheers,
Chris

Yes. While I like them personally (great team, great instructions / follow up, etc.), I didn't think that this does more than protect you from outright fraudulent traffic. Spammy, bot type traffic definitely gets detected, but we also kept getting flags for our premium display traffic.

With an all-open network with brokered deals I could see this being beneficial as an extra layer of protection. That being said, their tools won't help you against the more common fraud: incent traffic, false claims, etc.

i had experience with them.
they are very professionals and responsive and i highly recommend them.

as "milobanski" said there are some stuff their tool cant help you with but its like a lot of other programs its not meant to "close" all the open gaps.
its a great additional tool to help you discover fraud activity as early as possible.
