ESP's that allow affiliate marketers? (2)
Emailed MailerElite just now and got a reply saying that they don't allow affiliate marketing via email. Any other cost-effective ones that do allow affiliate marketing that you'd suggest? Thanks 
Try and use amazon ses for this purpose. Its the most cost effective and reliable emailing service available. But you need to buy dedicated server for this purpose or any ad activity through a shared one will be blocked anytime.
