Getting to the next level

Hi guys,

I've been doing mobile app installs for some weeks now and my first profitable campaign finally arrived.
The bad thing about it is that the cap is very very small.
I've requested a quality check and the quality of the leads is average. I think that my ads are very specific so I am not seeing too many solutions to this problem. I had a payout bump of just 5 cents in this process.
I think that I'm in a stage right now in which I need some advice from someone with more experience and I hope to learn a lot in the process of writing these posts. The focus of this follow along will be on the current campaigns and campaigns that I will launch.
At the moment I'm based in Amsterdam in case someone wants to have a good talk about affiliate marketing.

Campaign 1 stats for the day:
Revenue: $30
Spend: $7.66

Plan: Get one campaign or two ready by this weekend to launch on Monday.

Cheers

Hi,

I've done some research on the current active campaign and there is at least one other country available.
Since I can't increase the cap on the active campaign for now, I will test another country with the same campaign/angles.

Campaign 1 stats for the day (16/Aug):
Revenue: $30
Spend: $8.81

I also took some time to review the work done on the past weeks and overall I think that I'm getting better at picking offers and that having more than one go to traffic source to test the initial campaign helped me.
At the moment I am focusing on improving the creative part. (Angles, copywriting).

Cheers

You may be able to find other networks that run the same app.

Regarding the post above, you can use Odigger or offervault to see which networks may have the same app. That way you can increase your cap when running with more networks. Looking forward to see some updates, the ROI is sick!

Hi everyone,

@webdev and @aaaart Unfortunately the combo offer/country is exclusive to this network.

Today was a great day in terms of the campaign 1.
The stats of the past 7 days:

Revenue: $181.7
Cost: $55.78

I launched the same profitable campaign using another country but I had 0 conversions.
I definitely need to start testing a conversion before running an offer. Lesson learned.

Do you know any way to do it for Android apart from having an Android?
I will try genymotion today.

Finally the weekend is here. I will focus on launching more campaigns.

Cheers.

Congrats on your success!

Genymotion is good if you really like to fiddle with things and have control over the settings. I prefer BlueStacks. It just works and does what I need it to do. Another good emulator to check out is Andy.

Hi,

Thanks for the recommendations mminsk. In the meantime I've bought an android smartphone for personal use and to test conversions.

So, this was a very frustrating week in terms of new campaigns. Lots of lessons learned.
I've put a lot of work on a campaign to see it being paused before even running it! I had 80 angles ready to launch ahah.
I've also launched the same profitable campaign on another country but the result is 0 conversions after more than 1000 clicks.
I've also launched a new campaign that I thought it would have at least some conversions but all I got was 0 conversions and an email saying that the offer is going to be paused.
I find a bit strange that so many clicks don't even produce at least one conversion. It feels like the links are not working but the offers are still getting new installs?
What's your experience on this matter?

Ok now some good news,
my profitable campaign reached more than 1000% ROI this week but the cap is very very small so there's not much to do. I will talk with the AM again in the coming days.

So next weekend, I'm planning on focusing more on whats working for me right now and return to the fundamentals.
I will work on the same traffic source/country.

Cheers,
Ricardo
