Broad match modifier on my computer
Hi guys,
I have a long list of keywords that I want to broad match modify. I realise that using the online tools slows my PC to a crawl.
Can you guys recommend a program or if not show me how to write a simple code so that I can do it on my computer.

Excel to put the + in front of every keyword and then just find and replace in any text editor to find and replace " " with " +".

Only thing is it works for one to one matching of keywords. What if I want to match each keyword on one column from each cell to another column for each
i.e one keyword to many keywords and vice versa.
Do you guys know a VBA code in Excel or Regex(I have no experience how to use this!)

Not 100% sure if this will be useful but Notepad++ has a column editor, I've used it quite a few times with a lot of keywords or when I have to edit separate columns.
