Hey everyone,
I have a newbie's question for you. In all of my affiliate networks, which own the offers, no one approve promotion by texting SMS or Whatsapp messages. I I understand that this is a problematic method. But is it something that I won't be able to find, is it just very hard or are they some networks which approve these kind of promotions?

It's not the networks you should be worried about. SMS spamming people is completely illegal unless they've previously opted in to receive them.
tl;dr don't do it unless you want to go to jail/get sued.
