Recently i have been trying to setup my first campaign, however when i setup tracking and get my campaign URL it links to a random offer.
FYI i do use a VPN and have tried it for the offer country both on mobile and phone (the offer is a mobile offer for android).
This has happened to both offers i have tried, i'm currently with tapgerine ad network.
If anyone has heard of this before let me know or perhaps possible reasons why this might be happening.

It's just geo-redirection or the offer is actually down.

Testing mobile offer affiliate links that are also redirected based on user-agent/device is a pain. If in doubt ask your AM to check the offer is still working properly. If it's converting right now on real traffic, chances are it's just your test setup.
Zeno replied correct, you are being redirected to the random offer only if the UA/device do not match
