It may be helpful if you show some of what your ads or landers look like.
If you are starting out, it is generally better to show as much of your campaigns as possible so that people can give you targeted feedback.
Given that all of your ads are currently losing money, I really wouldn't worry about people copying your ads at this stage ...
You can worry about such stuff after you start making $X,XXX a day

For pop traffic, I personally think that your CTR % is a little too low, maybe you want to tweak on your LPs. In this case, I'll normally ask my affiliate manager to advice me to which extend of aggressiveness I can do. When you capture enough significant data, then you might want to judge next on your angle/ headline, ad content, etc to increase the CR %. But do you ever consider that you work on too many GEOs? Each LPs work different in different geo, how do you define a working LPs? Hope my comment helps!

Thank you felix,
What is the minimum CTR % will be idea? I don't have a proper guideline for GEOs that i'm working on, so just test as many GEOs and see which is of better performance and will spend more time on improving it. Yeah your comment is of very much help
