In-House Mastermind in Thailand around AWA!!

Hey guys and girls!

I'm going to AWA in December and thought it would be an awesome opportunity to have an in-house mastermind going. Maybe rent a house/apartment in BKK, Chiang Mai or maybe someplace else. Would be nice to have 2-5 people working together for a longer period, pushing themselves and helping each other while still enjoying the perks of living in a cheap country. I am available from November until February and thought we could do this for 3-4 weeks at first, and depending and how people get along maybe extend it.

Right now my "credentials" aren't anything worth writing, but I will be taking Zeno's 6 WAMC (please start soon!).
I would be mostly interested in mobile sweeps, pin submits and similar, though I'm open for new ideas or having people working on different stuff.

Hard facts:

2-5 people mastermind
Living together for ~4 weeks in a place with gym and pool (Airbnb has awesome places)
Pushing and getting better as a team and friends
In a cheap country to live

This post is still rough, it is mostly to see if there is interest from other people to do something similar and to see if this is a idea worth pursuing.

So,

Do you have interest in something like this?
Opinions/suggestions/tips?

There were plenty of 3 bd/3ba penthouses available a month ago. You're better off focusing on getting a cluster of single apartments nearby or one of the dormitory style places, and just meet in the common areas.

I'll be in BKK from Nov 27 to Dec 22. So feel free to reach out. I got myself a reasonably large apartment and can host others here during the day (no overnight--I don't swing that way)
