In Avazu reporting tab: conversion report, div 1 to div 5 are empty, click IDs are not appearing, how should I fix it?

I think I know what causing the error.
I'm rotating a few landing pages using

maybe all the 3 conversions came from the same landing page that's why avazu couldnt fire the conversion back to

Is anything passing in the dv columns now?
No conversion take place yet, I'm still waiting the traffic source to approve my campaign. Hopefully this time can trace the conversion.
You could run a test by going to the campaign URL yourself and through to the offer. You could then see if the appropriate fields in
