My frist time using Voluum and Avazu (7)

Hi all, I have some problems here, I have 3 conversions taken place and were recorded in the dashboard in Avazu. But the conversions were not tracked by Voluum. These are the url that I had inserted in the space given:

In Voluum, Offers tab URL:

I manage to track other info of the traffic, such as the carrier, OS, device etc but not the conversion. Thanks.

Are click IDs appearing in the dv5 column in your Avazu stats?

In Avazu reporting tab: conversion report, div 1 to div 5 are empty, click IDs are not appearing, how should I fix it?

I think I know what causing the error.

I'm rotating a few landing pages using Voluum, in one of the landing page, the link that link my landing page to offer page suppose should be http://oxxxx.voluumtrk.com/click

and not

http://www.apxadtracking.net/iclk/re...jnKToQKb-0N-0N

maybe all the 3 conversions came from the same landing page that's why avazu couldnt fire the conversion back to Voluum.

No conversion take place yet, I'm still waiting the traffic source to approve my campaign. Hopefully this time can trace the conversion.

You could run a test by going to the campaign URL yourself and through to the offer. You could then see if the appropriate fields in Voluum are filled by the click and whether the dv5 field is filled on Avazu stats.
