How can new affiliates work as a team? (6)
Hi folks,
A fellow newbie asked me this and my response was "I believe how team work can be established is through sharing of information. For example, if we tackle the same verticals we can share our data with each other to accelerate our testing and reduce our time it would normally take a single person to find a profitable campaign."
I'd also want to know what other setups/approaches you've had in the past and what's the best way to work with each other without competing. For example do you really get intimate and work together at the campaign level and put in the same time/money into it?
Thoughts are appreciated.
I suggest you start a mastermind first, use it as a filter and see who is still sticking around after a month or so of activity. Then you guys can start moving towards building a team.

If you are active on Skype (which is one of the best tools for communication in AM) you should look at forming specific niche and/or traffic type skype groups.
If you are able to meet people at industry events and find 2 or 3 other people who are at similar levels of experience, motivation and ambition as yourself, and who seem to share similar values and work ethic, that would be an AMAZING way to start working together.
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe a group can share costs on the various subscriptions needed to run camps.
