I just set up my first call only adwords campaign and I'm seeing virtually no impressions. I'm bidding $3 cpc and that covers about 1,000 kws first page bid estimates. I recently saw on an adwords forum someone with this same problem. They ended up doubling their bid to get impressions. I think that will take me out of my profitability zone based on the offers listed network conversion rate. Anyone else experienced this? If so how did you resolve? Thinking of copying this same campaign over to an All Features Call Extension and trying my luck there.

We usually recommend bidding about 50% of the payout. It may seem high, but it will help you get traffic and conversion rates are typically higher.
You can't worry about being out of your profitability zone, at least not at the start. Set up your campaign to get as much traffic as possible at the start, with a good quality score. You can then scale back to profitability with optimization. Most campaigns start out in the negative.
You can try an "All Features Call Extension" campaign, but your conversion rate will be lower and you'll need to have a decent landing page.
