I have been setting up my tracking, following this video as a guide --> Comprehensive Tracking Tutorial
I got to about 10:30 Minutes in where he copies voluums campaign URL into the address bar and enters some default values, i tried the same with my one offer from tapgerine and it just links to a random offer page, not the one i had set up in

My tracking software is Voluum, my traffic source is Decisive and i am using Tapgerine as my ad network.

The visits on my voluum tracking software go up, but the wrong web page loads??!

guessing that since your profile says you are in the UK but this is a NZ offer, for GEO reason you are being redirected to the landing page you see... users in NZ should see the proper lander. Use some sort of proxy service to pretend you are in NZ to see the proper lander.

no problem! btw another thing to keep in mind is that some mobile-only offers will resolve to a different landing page when you are using a desktop/laptop to view them

Found the problem! it was with the network and nothing to do with tracking.
