too much traffic from unwanted countries

Hey,

I thought I can just find the bad placements and blacklist them. But also one of my best performing placement has more than half of its clicks from not my target country. What can I do? In Go2Mobi, it only tells me that I have traffic from target country, but Voluum lists some countries...
About 10% of my visits are not from target country so I guess also I pay traffic which has 0 % chance to convert, which is not really my intention
Any good ideas?

In Voluum set a rule to redirect the clicks from other countries to an international offer.

so manusit told me that I should not use the data filtered through variables, but rather normal in Voluum, so 'only' 10% foreign traffic...
