I will like to know if Decisive allows sweepstakes....if not which mobile ad platforms allow it?
AFAIK sweeps is one of the most popular verticals there!
I don't know of any exchange that doesn't allow sweeps, although each exchange will have their own criteria for creative approval.

Yep , they do allow it unless you run with very aggressive banners and landers.
