I was trying to find a way to dynamically add a state to the title of my ad but couldn't find a way.
Is it even possible?

You can if you're bidding on the state as a keyword. If you had an ad title - "Product Made in {KeyWord:U.S.A.}" where you're bidding on state keywords the default would go to USA if no state was present in the search. Thank for the response. Unfortunately, I do not have states in the kws. I will probably create separate ads for each of the states.
