I have a campaign in zeropark that gets 4-6 conversion/day with a 25$ payout. As suggested in this forum after 1 week running this campaign i got the high epv targets (around 40) and created a new targeted campaign and blocked them from control campaign. I let today both campaigns running the targeted campaign and control campaign. I got only 1 conversion today. What can be the problem?

After one week, at 4-6 conversions per day you have 28-42 conversions. If you pulled out 40 targets, then each one probably had 1 conversion. 1 conversion is not enough data to pull a target out and whitelist it. Might as well be choosing targets at random.
