Ugh exoclick has been a pain in the a$$ lately. I posted this under tracking but didn't get any response.
The concern is that I am not passing any custom variables for any new campaign I set up. The previous campaigns I have made have no issues. Here is the url
http://xxxxx.voluumtrk.com/e819b-ed-a464-4947-aaaa-9c82e01e7e4d?campid={campaign_id}&varid={variation _id}&source={src_hostname}&siteid={site_id}&zoneid ={zone_id}&catid={category_id}&country={country}&f ormat={format}&cost={cost}&tag={conversions_tracki ng}
The only custom variable I can track is customer var 1 which is campaign id. The rest (From V2-V8) simply say 'unknown'. I contacted exoclick, they said send screenshots but we don;t see any problem on our end. I have no idea what the problem is, I didn't change anything. Any ideas?

Weird, now they are starting to show up!

I will keep this thread posted if I ever figure out what happened.
we have the same issue with exoclick these few days, we wrote in, they asked us to contact our account manager, and hes on vacation until 9aug.. LOLS
I'm glad you wrote in. Others must be having the same issue.
they will probably resolve it, but their speed of resolution is usually not within our control.
they operate as a big company, and chances are our actions affect their speed less than 1%, because thats what we are spending compared to the entire crowd, which is why sometimes we don't bother writing in.
however we do need to adjust even before they fix it, and we also know this would be fixed quickly, usually within 1-2 weeks because most problems are fixed within this time frame
