Binary offers/networks needed (2)

Hi guys,

After some searching and reaching out to some members on PM without responses, I'm posting here to get some help, since the threads I found regarding this seem outdated.

I want to start running binary - need CPA for all english speaking, german speaking & scandinavian markets.

What networks can you recommend that are trustworthy and actually pay a decent CPA? If you have private offers/tips feel free to get in touch. I can't tell you volume yet, since I'm just about to start in this niche.
