My AM recommended propeller ads to run some pin submit offers. Just wondering if any of you have history with this company. They specialize in pop under ads which I have never ran. Any thought's or advice would be greatly appreciated.

PropellerAds is a solid company with quality traffic that converts. However, if you don't have experience with pop traffic, I'd highly suggest that you start with self-served networks like zeropark or popads. Propeller requires minimum deposits of $1k and don't accept paypal (they do accept WMZ and bank wires). Also, with a managed network like propeller, you can't start/stop your camps yourself, and there can be delays between when you ask your account manager to pause a camp and when they actually do. So unless you have either a big budget OR an already-optimized campaign, it may be better to start with self-served pop sources first, then scale to managed sources.

I have some questions if you don't mind
If i have a profitable campaign and i transfer it to propellerads do they optimize it for me, or i have to send them the profitable site ids/carriers? Also if my offer is profitable with a certain traffic source how can i be sure that will be profitable on propellerads that may use different websites for delivering traffic?

^^ you can never be certain when you transfer a campaign to another source that it will be profitable.
Propeller are also able to optimize for you if you set up pixel tracking with them.
