Ad approval time taking longer?

I've been out of Facebook advertising for a couple of months but decided to get back at it.
I was used to my ads getting approved/denied within 15 minutes, but now it seems that the process takes 24 hours or so. What's up with that?

Are ads now being reviewed more in-depth as another new safety measure by fb?

I think it depends on the account.

On a few I get them within 10 - 15 mins and on a few others takes 24-48 hours.

does it have anything to do with FB suspicion towards account?

Based on my experience, if first ads on a new ad account take more than 24 hours to get approved then its an obvious ban.
