Help with tracking system

Hey guys!

Yesterday I start running a "iLivid" extension for Chrome campaign. I took the offer from Max Bounty, and used Exoclick as traffic source. My tracking platform is Thrive, I started to use it recently.

Anyway, the problem is I can't see conversions on Thrive. I checked it myself and made a conversion. It appears on Max Bounty, in Thrive I had one more click, but still - 0 conversions. I opened a new campaign (iLivid), traffic source (Exoclick), offer and affiliate network (Max Bounty) according to the platform.

I put the callback code url in Max Bounty and changed the tokens as they were written (http://cruze.pw/tracker/thrive/path/...TE#&subid=#S2#). Also, put back the "offer url" in Thrive, according to the platform (http://www.mb102.com/lnk.asp?o=5134&c=918271&a=169962&s2={subid}).

I guess the problem is with Max Bounty, because as I can see, number of clicks is growing (not equally to Exoclick, much lower), but none of the conversions on Thrive.

Because i'm a new user of this Thrive system, I wanted to figure out maybe I'm doing something wrong and this is why it doesn't work, or maybe should I contact with their support?

Thanks in advance!

Hmmm.. I haven't used Thrive so am unsure of the tokens etc, and i can't spot the error.

However when you think about the process of the tracking you can narrow down what is going wrong....

1) Person clicks ad
2) User taken through Thrive (click counted) and assigned subid
3) User goes through network to the offer, s2 field on the network is filled with the value of {subid}
4) User converts and network records conversion
5) Network fires pixel telling Thrive that the user with {subid} value (found in s2 field on the network) has converted, Thrive then adds the conversion to their platform.

From what you've said it looks like when you tested it, you went through steps 1, 2 (because the click was counted on thrive) , 3 (unsure on whether s2 field is filled though), and 4 (as you have a conversion on the network).

We can check step 3 by looking at your reports on the network and looking at the value in the s2 field for the conversion.

If that was correctly filled, (i assume - as I don't know Thrive) you can manually add that subid into your tracker to let it know there has been a conversion.

Now I think the issue is somewhere in step 5 - perhaps the tokens you've placed aren't right on your pixel in Maxbounty? Perhaps you've selected the wrong option? We will need more details probably to work this out - or you could ask your AM there to take a look.
