mobile redirects and sweep email submits

Hello,

Big newb here, I've dabbled in the past a few times and lost money, and broke even, but I feel renewed with inspiration after finding this forum (compared to WF etc.)

I signed up for an adnetwork mentioned here, and I asked about sweeps. They said they have an offer which pays for email submit, US only. The AM also suggested that the only thing that really works for stuff like this, would be mobile redirects of popups. Also, it seems reasonable that a LP wouldn't make sense if I am only trying to capture an email from a direct view.

What are your guys/gals thoughts on this approach? Seems like the testing route would be to do a RON for m. redirects then see what bites, and refine the traffic source from there? Am I over simplifying this? I have this setup and and I am about to test it but figured it can't hurt to ask here.

Curious what might be a good traffic source idea otherwise..

Thanks

Just got out an do exactly what you are thinking, try that U.S. offer direct linked, on a redirect source RON.

Then come back and post some data, that way we can help you sift through the data.

I'm not sure what the U.S. offer page that you are using is, but more often than not landers usually perform better than DL on redirects.

Keep in mind that if you run on pops / redirects these are pretty competitive places.

It means you are competing for traffic with affiliates that have optimised their funnels to the maximum.

So to be able to compete I suggest you start with a lander ( you can do some spying to get an idea ) and optimise it as you gather data.

If you DL you will have to bid very low to make a profit ( if you can ) and volume will be minimal.

Thanks, I finally got accepted on ZP for traffic.. exoclick yanked me around and eventually denied me. I ran this RON mobile US on ZP, and ended up with a %0.1 CR.. I will need at least 1% to break even on this offer. Nonetheless it was exciting to see any conversions, simply from throwing in a DL.
