THE MOBICAST Episode 1 - featuring Zeno

We are excited to announce the release of the first episode of The Mobicast podcast! The podcast will focus on mobile marketing, and will cover topics relevant to performance marketing. Let us know if there is anyone you would like to see featured and we will see what we can do to bring them on

Our first episode features an interview with Zeno. The podcast starts with an overview of the STM community, as well as some discussion of the upcoming Affiliate World Asia conference. Zeno also goes into some detail about his affiliate marketing journey, and the transition from PhD to key contributor here on the forums.

There are tons of actionable insights on topics such as creatives and ad psychology, and a super interesting conversation about the growth of performance marketing in Asia.

Super excited about this, there has been a definite lack of good podcast material in this industry for ages now.

Yeah, we realized the same thing and decided to fix that ourselves

Our goal is to make a podcast that is by performance marketers, for performance marketers. Again, we are open to any guest or question requests. This is absolutely for STMers and the community as a whole, so let us know what you want to see and we will do our best to deliver.

could you make a comparison of go2mobi against other traffic sources? the price is different, but there advantages that other traffic source does not have, like support, targeting options etc. how is the strategy to optimize go2mobi different from other traffic sources?

It's a very well developed platform. It is definitely well suited for both beginners and advanced users.

thanks for this podcast. However, I can only subscribe to it using desktop devices. Neither the RSS nor the "subscribeonandroid" work for me.

On my android device I have installed the quite popular "pocket casts" app installed and somehow this doesn't pop up when I try to subscribe. any idea?

Great feedback, thanks for that kowisoft. We have not yet submitted to the podcast stores yet- we wanted to get a few podcasts under our belt before we started submitting. However, I've passed the feedback along and it sounds like we are going to reevaluate that decision.

I expect these are topics that will be discussed eventually, but to start, we're going to be bringing in outside guests for their higher level perspectives on internet marketing. I'll pass it along to the team though- thanks!

Nice interview of David ! I've been listening to him in the first saison of the 6WAMC and it's really nice to get some background of his journey in the affiliate world
