Hi everyone!
Noob here who's chosen to start with mobile in developing countries (Latin America, India). I'm looking at a mobile offer for India restricted to 3G on certain carriers there, but I'm in the US. But I can't figure out how to actually view the offer or merchant LP since it just says I'm not on the right carrier, which makes it hard to create ads/LPs if I don't know what they're linking to.
I've seen ways to spoof wifi and maybe geo, but I haven't found anything for spoofing carrier.
Is there a way to do this?
