I was hoping one of the more experienced heads might be able to help with this. I've set 4 campaigns running in Decisive using The Appetiser Method as my entry into AM. The settings are Manual CPM as Smart CPM is greyed out. CPM is 0.41 and the daily budget is $8. 2 of the campaigns got to $15 spend in 2 days so I've paused them. The other 2 are at $4.76 and $4.38 spend respectively after 4 days. Does anyone know why these are going so slow? I've never wanted to spend money quicker before!

If you click on the greyed out box it becomes available so you set it to 1.5 to 2 times your payout. You should get some traffic quicker then.
If not contact Andrea at decisive as she knows pretty much everything about bidding on there.
