A4D not tracking my Clicks/Conversions?

Hey STMers, How are y'all?

So I have an offer and I'm just testing it using social media.
Basically, I'm getting like 2 shares and a couple of likes on my posts with the affiliate tracker link on the posts, but on A4D's page it's just showing me that there has been 1 total click? Could this be right? Has anybody else had trouble with them? Please let me know. Thanks so much.

FB shares and likes are not the same as people clicking on the actual link in the posts.

The easiest way to confirm whether the clicks are being tracked correctly is to just browse to it yourself (using a VPN set to the target geo) and see whether the click is registered in A4D's stats.

Did you post the affiliate directly into the fb posts or are you using a tracker like Voluum?

Update: It's not Voluum, A4d Sucks and apparently can't keep track of links. I switched my network and I'm doing quite well.

Oh! Yes you need to put the Voluum click url on your landing page instead of your affiliate link! Otherwise you'd be bypassing voluum altogether!

To get the voluum click url, click on the little gear icon at the upper right hand corner in your voluum interface, click on the "Setup" tab and copy the url in the "click url" field. Paste that into your lander in every place you want the user to click through to your offer. Note that you can't test this by browsing to your lander directly and clicking on the link. You'll need to create a campaign in voluum, specify your lander and offer, save that to generate a campaign link, then browse to this campaign link in your browser - when you click through you'll see the offer page (make sure you're using a VPN if your location isn't from a geo targeted by your offer).
