Erratic behavior of ad approval queue on decisive.is

Submitted an ad for approval 20 hrs ago. 8 hours ago estimated wait time was 1 hour, now it's 15 hours. Anyone else noticing this?
Also, http://docs.decisive.is/ gives 'access denied'.

The estimate is pretty random, I wouldn't rely on it at all. It was never accurate for me either. I also see 'Access denied' for that link.

It may or may not be related but these past 3-4 weeks Decisive had issues with their traffic from one of their exchanges and last time I checked, they are still working on fixing it. Might be that trying to fix that broke something else for a short period.

Is the ad approval delay representative of other traffic sources you've worked with? I'm just at the play-money stage currently, but I would imagine that people could lose serious money waiting two days for a campaign to get approved.

It entirely depends on the source, their approval methods, and the time of day relative to their office timezone. Not all have 24/7 teams.

I use Go2Mobi now and they are very predictable and their support is generally very good. They approve during EDT working hours on weekdays.
