I hope this is a FB maintenance thing going on and it's temporary, cause if we need to start targeting all and redirecting with rules tracker this is gonna get messy and expensive.
anyone else seeing this when targeting Mobile and Android Devices? (ie.. Tested with many different accounts all over the world. All doing the same. been over 48hours now)
