"Unknown language?"

Hello,

I am running a mobile offer with English creatives in South Africa. Voluum shows that the a majority of the visits to the landing page are from the language called "unknown." All the clicks and conversions, however, are showing as English.

This is really killing my landing page's CTR. What's worst is I have know idea what language this is, haha.

The traffic source doesn't have language targeting. So I am considering moving the campaign to another source with language targeting.

Any ideas or feedback would be great?

Bobby have you contacted the traffic source's support with this question? That's the first thing I would do!

Yes, I did and was told that they don't have the language targeting feature yet. I followed up with support today to find out why this may be happening and if there's an immediate solution. I am waiting for a response.
