Personal account ban - Will I lose my pics and friends?

If my FB advertising account linked to my personal Facebook account gets banned, will I lose all access to that account (the social network account also)?

but regarding using your personal facebook account, is there a chance that your own circle of friends on facebook will be able to see any of your buisness pages or content?
