Made a bit of a nooby mistake this morning and over bidding on a campaign with CPM and spent $50 in 5 minutes "oops"
Today i am going to go through all of the campaigns and blacklist non performers.
What do you think to these rules.
- 100 impressions with 0 clicks = blacklist
- $3 spend - 0 conversions = blacklist
Will be following this one mate..
Looking to setup my own coreg aswell, spend the last couple of days looking into it all..
Have you had a management system custom build mate or you using something ready built?
Very cool - haven't seen a coreg pipeline for a while. I'll be following this one.
Well Yesterday was another productive day. So VERY tempted to continue addin traffic sources but I should stick with my guns and master one traffic source.
Spend - $168.00
Ctr - 5.61%
Wins - 7.26%
Conversions - 21

ROI is off cause I fucked up with a small mistake over bidding on CPM. This has now been fixed and CTR has shot back up to 20% while click prices have dropped significantly.
Updated Stats:
Signed up another agency today. Cold called 10 companies, split testing openers. Definitely get more response when you mention a few names in the industry.

Conversion rate is up, this is off a pre-lander as well so pretty confident this can be improved.
Today I am adding new questions in from a new client, then going to be creating new ads and targeting.
Looking great. Keep it up!

Weekend going well!
Introduction email has gone down a treat, have a 90% open rate and 30% of people are replying, giving me there opinion on the site, which is gold for split testing.
Today will be spent figuring out why the call centre's stats are so shoddy, 80% of the numbers are coming back as "no reply" which is BS as i have personally called each number and most of them have answered
Shiiiet,
one advert with a spend of £4 yesterday brought in over 30 conversions!
Niceee, keep the optimisation going!
