Anybody figure out the webhooks pixel fire from invoca into Voluum?

Can't seem to figure it out.

How do you set it up? Dont you need a clickid to do server to server postbacks?

You figure this out? Not sure how you track click ID, so I can't get it working. It would be good to also be able to track additional variables for traffic sources other than Adwords.
