As the title says I'm having a little bit trouble with Indeed. I've been a publisher with them for about a year now and I've been paid twice (I cleared my promotion methods with two account managers before and I've the emails to prove it).
Thing is that I didn't receive the last check (postal service here sucks a little bit). I contacted my (third and new) account manager and after checking (again) my promotion methods he agreed to talk with the financial department in the USA to get the payment via wire transfer (I sent the wire transfer details).
A few week passed and I wasn't getting any news, I contacted him and... no answers... tried again and again and then just ANOTHER account manager got in touch with me as it seems that the third one left Indeed. He asked me a few questions like my publisher ID and the check # I didn't get and after a few days he told me that "the problem is that the check wasn't cashed out" (NO SHIT SHERLOCK) and then the financial deparment will send me a wire transfer.
A week has passed since this email and I've not received the money yet. I have send my (last) account manager an email to see if the lost payment is going to be merged with the payment I have yet to receive in July from them together but... no answer...
So I'm thinking about what are the next steps in case they decide not to pay me. The last two guys are answering me from Ireland but the company is in the USA so I'm not sure on how should I proceed legally.
In total they owe me about 10.000$ which it is not peanuts.
If anyone can provide any insights or have "a guy" who can assist me legally I'll be truly grateful.

are they still in operations? if they are u can try the angle of damaging their reputation. their reputation is worth alot more than 10k
Yes, they're still pretty strong, I've now a contact of a lawyer who seems to know a lot in terms of Affiliate Marketing. Anyways contact manager did contact me last Tuesday and it seems that he should have news by Thursday (I actually don't believe them, they are always like "soon we'll send you the money, soon you'll have news..." and so on and on).
I'll give them 15 more days, if they're still playing fool I'll seek for legal advice.
