Everything has been taken care of since... thanks everyone for your suggestions
What makes you think he doesnt want to work with you?
I dont think you would risk losing the account, these things can happen.
Time is money so show em the money then they will b your best friends.
If you aren't happy with your AM you should ask for another IMO.
As Attila says, if she will see money coming from you, than she will probably be friendlier (its natural).
Although that shouldnt be the case, you should feel comfortable approaching your AM. If you feel like she isnt really interested in helping than ask for another AM.
Not sure whats the story as you edited your post.
When I am new these are the challengers I faced. That doesn't mean I request a switch of Account Manager, I tried to communicate and convey what I need or what I want achieve with the Network to the best I can.
From what I feel, unless you have work with the Account Manager more than a few months. Its not good to judge anyone by a few days or weeks.
They are human afterall, they need rest, they provide outside office-hours support etc. They are probably in a different timezone than you thus might reply late, its your duty to find out how they work to achieve the best business relationships/connections.
I have a great Account Manager in ClickDealer. She's great! My progress wouldn't be so fast without her.
Goodluck
I agree.
You shouldnt "rush" to change an AM. Maybe you didnt start on the best of terms but that doesnt mean she cant/wont be a good AM for you.
If the feeling persists, than see about changing an AM.
I have had nothing but misery with clickdealer ams
So bad in fact that I have given up on using the network & waiting for ASE to talk to Alice in person. Will be on my 4th from them. Have NEVER had that problem with any other network.
