Hello Guys!

Newbie here, been publishing some games fo quiet some times now with good success - Im switching now to Install offers. Have some questions:

1- I did not find any detailed guide about promotion Game install offer - Do you guys suggest to start with this kind of offers?

2- Most of the offer that I promote provide their own creatives / Banners and it is direct linking, is it a good thing? I just need to find the traffic source and optimize it to a positive ROI.

3- What is your general experience promoting mobile games?

What do you mean the offers are direct linking? You can use a LP of your own (if approved) if you want.

What traffic source are you using?

LP is usually more recommended. You can use a LP and link it to the LP (the Google play one) the network provided.

As I said, using a LP is recommended. You just need to make sure your LP is FAST (doesnt take users long to load it).

If you are a newbie (as you said), than Go2Mobi and Decisive are good traffic sources as they are user friendly (and also good of course).

What is the point to have a landing page on a game before linking to google play or app store game page? instead of just direct linking to it?
I understand that is essential for some offers but not for mobile game install..

Mobile games can be hot or cold... I was on a cold streak for quite a while and found a couple of decent converting games in the past week. *fingers crossed*

A LP can further "sell" the app (game). All Google play pages look the same, they dont necessarily make the user want to play the game.
Using a (good) LP, you can "wet the appetite" of a user and convince him to download the app even before he reaches the Google play (I mean make him decide even before the Google page, not download before).

Also, some (most) apps require the user to actually open the game after the install and by using a LP you can get higher quality of users (as they really want to try the game). Having a higher quality traffic is of course important if you want the campaign to run longer and help get paybumps and such...
