Do I need a mentor?

Hi,

A good question that can change and improve my revenues..
Currently, I can create landers like I want(PHP, HTML, JS and jQuery advanced programmer).
Technical skills. (Servers, domains, CDN, Photoshop..)
Tracking and filtering Campaigns.
A big budget to invest in media buy.($20k)

What I can't do is to create a converting landers from scratch.
All the current landers that convert are just taken from another marketers...
I want to master a long term mindset of how to make consumers take actions from my landers and banners and any future things..

So, is I need to a mentor?

Nothing wrong with trying to master marketing psychology and conversion techniques, but don't try to re-invent the wheel if you're starting off.

There's a reason everyone's using a similar style of lander - it's because they work. Early on, with your budget it's unlikely you'll find a working lander that you came up with on your own.

What I recommend you do instead of just ripping a page is to put your own twist on it and make the landers better. Split test variations of an already working one. I'm all for originality, but that comes later on in the game.

If you're able to come up with a unique angle and a fresh lander, you can absolutely crush it before others start taking your lander. However, I wouldn't recommend starting with that.

Great advices.
You are the second marketer who advice me to keep ripping landers..
So, I have decided to take that advice and keep going with it until I get some PROFITABLE campaigns.

P.S: I have sent a friend request to you on Facebook, hope to be in your friends list.

Yep great advice from Rohail.

I would keep split testing variations of the landers you find that are working. Over time I'm sure you'll get a better understanding of what works and why.

Make sure you keep learning from what you're doing though - if you haven't yet read Ca$hvertising, that would be a great place to start. When you're looking at your landers you should be able to analyse them and try to work out why some are better than others.
