whitelist/blacklist of {target} at zeropark
At Zeropark, you can specify a {target} in your tracking url. Is it possible to bid higher on certain targets and block other targets at Zeropark? If so, how?

The {target} token isn't for changing your zeropark compaign settings by specifying which targets to include. Rather, by using that token you'll be able to see detailed breakdowns by target (placement) in your tracker reports (such as which placements have made conversions, how much traffic each one is getting, from which devices etc.)
Once you set up a test camp at zeropark you'll see how it works. Yes you can place a different bid for every target (by changing it from the default "Auto" bid to a manual bid amount) and pause any target at any time by clicking the "pause" icon beside that target within your zeropark camp.

I have several test campaigns runnings and I have some conversions from targets that I want to bid higher on. I'm also using dntx and I see how to do it there. I created a new campaign with the whitelist targets. I don't see how to do it at zeropark.

On zeropark, set up a "new campaign", choose domain redirect or PPV traffic, then choose "TARGET" campaign. Then you'll be able to paste in a list of placement IDs you want to target.

Hope that's what you're looking for!
