Half My PopCash Traffic Is Going Outside My Targeted Country

I have my campaigns set to USA only but Voluum is telling me about half of my visits are going to mostly Asian countries like Indonesia, India, etc. I'm talking thousands of visits so it's statistically significant.

Is this normal with pops? Just a PopCash thing? Anybody have experience with fixing this?

Not only that, but I have 523 clicks to my offer with 0 conversions. I know it might be my LP/Angle but does that sound right? I'm doing 8 or 9 different offers including 1 that's worked in the past on FB. I'm showing 0 conversion on two different Affiliate Networks so it can't be scrubbing or some error. It's not a postback issue because I checked the actual networks.

Has anyone else experienced problems like this with PopCash?

Check which publishers are doing it and block those bastards. Popcash has some asshole placements that do stuff like that.

Quick update for anyone following this:
The account manager at Popcash said most of the traffic was coming from Opera Mini so he disabled that. I ran a campaign again and it was around 80% USA traffic and the rest in Asian countries.

I turned off "Mobile-Other" in targeting and now the problem seems to be solved.
