Technically, doesn't AMs have access to all the hot offers and what type of networks the affiliate is working on? Can't they just copy paste the affiliates success? Assuming of course their decent marketers.
Not if you hide your referrers, and even if you don't, they can only see your landing pages, not your traffic sources or banners.
