How to spot and kill the Bot Traffic?

Hi,

i started my first campaigns on Decisive, i only selected Italy as Country but i noticed with goo.gl that only 1/3 of clicks are from Italy and 2/3 are from USA, so in Decisive reports i see 1/3 on different italian region and 2/3 on "Unknown Region", why? These are my first tests and i want to be sure to receiver true visitors otherwise i can not understand if the campaign goes badly for traffic or for creativity. So, how can i spot and kill the bot traffic? I'm still not using tracking systems, can Voluum help me on this too? Apart Dedisive, do you advise some other traffic source for mobile?

Try go2mobi - it has an easy-to-use interface and targetting options that are not available on most other platforms.

Thank you very much vortex, i am following your advise. go2mobi requires:
1) A scan of your credit card used to fund the account (front and back).
2) A scan of a piece of government issued ID (passport), preferably in English, that includes all relevant details to link you to the card used for funding your account.
Is it correct give them my datas? It is not dangerous? Sorry, but i never sent my card datas.

Actually, I've come across quite a few networks that require scanned images of identification.

As for credit card - every time you pay online you need to punch in all the information anyways - it's not like by providing a scanned image you'd be giving away any extra information.

Having said that - if you really don't feel like providing this information, by all means just use other traffic sources! There are TONS! Here's just one of the many lists I've collected over the past months:

Good luck!

More and more networks require photo identification and giving out your CC details is something you do when you shop online.

I understand if you might have concernes but this is becoming standard practice. The fact that they are asking for these doesnt mean they are not legit or that there is something "fishy".

But I agree with Amy. If you are not at ease doing so, than dont.
